Vendor & Procurement Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Supervise all elements of procurement, contracting, and relationship management pertaining to development outsourcing.

• Facilitate the evaluation and onboarding of new development and technology outsourcing partners.

• Maintain an organized vendor registry and performance tracking database.

• Conduct regular reviews and promote continuous improvement with suppliers.

• Oversee the complete procurement processes for outsourced development projects.

• Collaborate with the Legal team to establish contract terms, SLAs, NDAs, and master service agreements.

• Manage vendor budgets, purchase orders, and invoicing processes.

• Work closely with Engineering, Product Management, and Project Management teams to convert technical requirements into vendor scopes.

• Assess the capabilities of external development partners (AI, blockchain, backend, frontend, QA, DevOps, etc.).

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience at the crossroads of technology, innovation, strategic sourcing, procurement, and vendor management.

• Proven track record of shaping the company’s outsourcing and supplier ecosystem in a rapidly growing environment.

• Experience collaborating with top-tier technical and business teams across various regions.

• Proficiency in English is essential; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.

• Expertise in sourcing and vendor management within the crypto/blockchain/AI sectors is advantageous.
