This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Ensure the maintenance of accurate and up-to-date vendor-specific procedures, contact lists, escalation paths, coverage information, fees, and internal resources.
• Take charge of coordinating and delivering team training for new or updated vendor-related technologies and portals, collaborating with internal teams and vendor partners to guarantee successful adoption.
• Identify any breaches in vendor performance against established service-level agreements, turnaround times, quality expectations, and operational commitments.
• Oversee the onboarding process for new vendors by managing requirements, timelines, pilot testing, documentation, training plans, and internal communications.
• Assist in the sourcing of potential vendors by researching their coverage, capabilities, pricing, service levels, and operational compatibility.
• You possess 3-5 years of experience in vendor operations, vendor management, mortgage or real estate operations, project coordination, or a similar operational role.
• You have experience in monitoring service-level agreements, turnaround times, operational performance, or quality metrics.
• You are adept at working with reports and converting performance data into clear risks, trends, and recommended actions.
• You demonstrate exceptional organizational skills and can manage multiple escalations, deadlines, meetings, and follow-ups concurrently.
• You exhibit a strong attention to detail and maintain precise documentation, meeting notes, procedures, and performance records.
• Experience in supporting title, appraisal, mortgage, real estate, or financial services vendors is preferred.
• Familiarity with Salesforce, spreadsheets, dashboards, or vendor management systems is preferred.
• You must be available to work from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Pacific Time.
