This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.

📋 Description

• Oversee the daily examination, validation, and fulfillment of vendor maintenance requests submitted by internal personnel.

• Offer assistance with virtual payable vendor enrollment, conducting research, and executing address corrections for returned or undeliverable AP checks.

• Act as the first level of escalation for offshore inquiries and collaborate with the Vendor Maintenance Analyst on annual 1099 reporting.

• Ensure the integrity, accuracy, and prompt processing of vendor additions and modifications.

• Manage vendor record maintenance, including timely updates to vendor payment terms, tax information, remittance details, and other miscellaneous data.

• Serve as the primary point of contact between onshore and offshore vendor maintenance teams, providing support across the organization for vendor maintenance needs.

• Responsible for reviewing and approving vendor registrations within the Ariba network.

• Execute all vendor master banking-related additions and/or changes pertaining to EFT/IACH processes.

• Support Virtual Payables enrollment initiatives.

• Investigate address corrections for Accounts Payable checks returned as undeliverable.

• Gather vendor W9/W8 forms to facilitate vendor address change requests.

• Undertake additional projects as assigned or requested.


⛳️ Requirements

• A High School Diploma or equivalent is required.

• Preferably one year of experience in a high-volume Accounts Payable department.

• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

• Exceptional attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and clear communication abilities.

• Capacity to multi-task, meet deadlines, and adapt to changes.

• Familiarity with SAP and/or Ariba is a plus.
