📋 Description

• Draft vendor contracts that encompass budget and scope of work

• Assess contract documents for precision and thoroughness

• Oversee the contract approval and execution process

• Develop and sustain relationships with both internal and external clients

⛳️ Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in vendor contract administration

• At least 2 years of experience in vendor contract negotiations

• In-depth experience with redlining is essential

• A Bachelor's degree is mandatory
