Velocity Sales Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oregon, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Generate Sales Qualified Leads (SQL) that transition into the sales pipeline through outbound prospecting methods including cold calls, emails, and social outreach, as well as following up on Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) from Ambulatory Surgery Centers and Imaging Centers.

• Assess customers and prospects to ensure they meet SQL criteria.

• Engage with customers to uncover their needs and challenges, identifying potential product opportunities.

• Utilize CRM systems and additional tools to strategize calls to potential clients within the designated region, document all interactions, and arrange necessary follow-up tasks.

• Transfer warm Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) to field Account Executives (AEs).

• Achieve daily, monthly, and quarterly KPI targets while assisting AEs in reaching their sales quotas.

• Remain updated and knowledgeable about Siemens Healthineers products and service information.

• Cultivate strong internal relationships to facilitate quick and effective delivery of value to customers.

• Provide support to AEs throughout the sales process by performing tasks such as client research, compiling product communication materials, leveraging the internal Siemens Healthineers network for relevant product support, and addressing miscellaneous customer requests.

• Gather insights into customer needs and maintain regular communication with field AEs.

• Recognize customer trends within the region and proactively contribute to territory planning and coverage alongside AEs.

• Implement organized prospecting strategies and conduct weekly calls with all AE counterparts to review the previous week's activities and outline strategies for the current week.

• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.

• Strong professional sales skills (both written and verbal) with a desire to further enhance your sales capabilities.

• Exceptional communication skills, capable of building relationships with key decision-makers.

• Excellent organizational skills and a proactive approach to following up on leads.

• Resilient attitude, coachability, and a proven track record of consistent performance.

• Experience within the medical technology sector.

• Ability to identify customer values and needs, recommending Siemens Healthineers solutions and services accordingly.

• Strong presentation, planning, and organizational skills.

• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, performance-driven culture.

• Proficient in leveraging CRM systems to manage accounts; experience with CRM tools such as Oracle Sales Cloud or similar is advantageous.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
