Vehicle Repair Assessor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Evaluate vehicle damage based on photos and videos provided by customers.

• Recognize repair methods that are appropriate for mobile cosmetic repairs.

• Ascertain when damage necessitates a traditional body shop instead of mobile repair services.

• Generate precise repair quotes following company pricing standards.

• Estimate labor durations and material needs.

• Examine scratches, dents, paint damage, bumper repairs, alloy wheels, mirrors, and other cosmetic issues.

• Detect pre-existing damage and multiple areas needing repair.

• Refer complex repair cases as necessary.

• Collaborate with customer service, sales, and scheduling departments.

• Ensure prompt turnaround times while maintaining assessment precision.

• Document detailed assessment notes in the CRM system.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience as a Panel Beater, Estimator, Vehicle Damage Assessor, or in another similar automotive repair position.

• In-depth knowledge of contemporary vehicle construction and repair methodologies.

• Comprehensive understanding of cosmetic SMART repair techniques.

• Capacity to determine which repairs can be safely and effectively carried out by a mobile repair van.

• Ability to identify repairs that necessitate workshop facilities or replacement components.

• Proficiency in preparing repair estimates and quotations.

• Strong attention to detail.

• Excellent command of written English.

• Solid computer skills.

• Capability to work independently in a remote setting.
