Vehicle Operator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Arab Emirates (UAE).

📋 Description

• Oversee real-time vehicle operations and address remote assistance requests as they arise.

• Utilize the remote assistance platform to aid vehicles in line with established operational protocols.

• Independently troubleshoot issues, promptly escalate unresolved matters to the appropriate team lead, and monitor the resolution process until completion.

• Recognize and report patterns in vehicle behavior or system performance that require further investigation.

• Convey findings to relevant teams in a timely and organized manner.

• Gather, organize, and summarize issues and feedback related to the remote assistance system.

• Support customer service specialists with user communications and necessary follow-ups as needed.

• Assist with testing and providing feedback on remote assistance and customer service systems.

⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma or higher; field of study is not specified.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and standard digital tools, including email and internal platforms.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic is advantageous.

• Able to remain calm and composed under pressure with strong situational awareness.

• Quick learner with the capability to swiftly master new systems and features.

• Willingness to work rotating shifts in a 24/7 operational setting.

• Valid UAE driving license with at least 3 years of driving experience.

• Clean driving record: no major traffic violations in the last 12 months, no Salik or RTA black points indicating reckless driving, no DUI or drug-related driving offenses, and no history of accidents resulting in death or serious injury.
