VDC Manager – MEP

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Foster innovation in BIM/VDC methodologies for MEP projects.

• Lead small internal teams as well as external consultants.

• Supervise MEP projects with a proactive and hands-on approach.

• Guarantee accuracy and high-quality results in project delivery.

• Collaborate with the VP on project operations and client presentations.

• Assist the project team with BIM coordination and project information for invoicing.

• Record lessons learned and identify best practices in technology.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in a managerial role.

• Expertise in technical leadership and mentoring.

• Proficiency in BIM coordination, 3D Revit detailing, and AutoCAD.

• Strong project management capabilities.

• Familiarity with MEP processes.

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

• Ability to analyze documentation and develop project execution plans.
