VBDC Agent – D2C

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Meeting and surpassing the VBDC’s goals related to customer service standards, sales targets, call duration, and additional objectives.

• Maintain a high level of professionalism consistently: both on the phone and through email communications.

• Undertake other responsibilities as directed by the immediate supervisor.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in sales.

• Proficiency in both English and French.

• Excellent communication skills with a demonstrated ability to create engaging, thoughtful, and pertinent content.

• A proactive approach, along with adaptability, attention to detail, and sound judgment.

• Capability to recognize sales opportunities.

• Knowledge of the automotive industry.
