This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Croatia.

📋 Description

• Deliver therapeutic support via chat to clients, addressing a range of mental health issues.

• Interact with patients to further the therapeutic journey, promoting progress and commitment.

• Establish a secure and trusting atmosphere for clients to share their thoughts and feelings.

• Employ effective therapeutic methods to assist clients in finding resolutions and coping strategies.

• Keep thorough records of client interactions and therapeutic advancements.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to enhance the overall care of clients.

• Participate in ongoing training and professional development activities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Master’s degree in Psychology (integrated graduate degree or equivalent).

• Licensed and registered with the Croatian Psychological Chamber (HPK), with authorization for independent professional practice.

• Proficiency in Croatian; English language skills are an advantage.

• Proven experience in providing psychological counseling or therapeutic support to adult clients.

• Additional training in psychotherapy is highly preferred.

• Excellent written communication abilities, capable of conveying empathy and structure in written interactions.

• Familiarity with evidence-based mental health practices and interventions.

• Comfortable utilizing digital platforms and online communication tools.

• Availability to respond to client messages on a daily basis.
