This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Deliver individual and group therapy to clients who are trying to conceive or are in the perinatal stage utilizing evidence-based methods.
• Manage a clinical caseload ranging from 25 to 35 clients based on program requirements and administrative responsibilities.
• Ensure accurate, timely, and compliant documentation is maintained.
• Assist with screening, intake, and assessment processes to guarantee suitable matches and timely access to care.
• Work collaboratively with psychiatry and other disciplines to provide coordinated and comprehensive care.
• Offer crisis management and stabilization services as necessary.
• Engage in interdisciplinary MMH program rounds, contributing to case discussions, treatment planning, and program development initiatives.
• Partner with leadership to identify and address trends, challenges, and opportunities for program expansion.
• Create and present internal educational content on perinatal and reproductive mental health topics.
• Design and lead client-facing educational sessions, workshops, or support groups to foster community engagement.
• Represent the MMH program at both internal and external events.
• Advocate for maternal mental health both within the organization and in the broader community.
• Master’s Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related discipline.
• Postpartum Support International PMH-C certification is highly preferred.
• Current California licensure as LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, or Licensed Psychologist.
• At least two years of post-licensure experience in behavioral health.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Familiarity with essential technology platforms, including EHR systems, Zoom, Google Suite, and Dayforce.
