This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Assist in the formulation and implementation of local marketing strategies in close partnership with the EMEA Marketing team and local Sales leadership.
• Facilitate the execution of local marketing plans in accordance with EMEA Marketing and local Sales priorities.
• Spearhead local product launch activities, encompassing pricing input, KOL engagement, launch strategy, and adoption initiatives.
• Evaluate local market trends, customer demands, and competitor actions to guide commercial decision-making.
• Create and customize marketing materials, sales tools, and value messaging to enhance product positioning and sales execution.
• Organize and carry out local events, workshops, and educational programs to boost awareness and promote adoption.
• Establish and nurture strategic relationships with Key Opinion Leaders and pertinent clinical stakeholders.
• Work closely with the local sales team to enhance product adoption and achieve commercial success within the territory.
• Lead initiatives in peripheral vascular therapies, including pulmonary embolism (PE), deep vein thrombosis (DVT), acute limb ischemia, and broader venous thromboembolism (VTE) management.
• Implement internal training initiatives locally to ensure sales teams are well-equipped with product knowledge, procedural application, and clinical value messaging.
• 5–10 years of experience in MedTech, preferably within interventional vascular therapies, with familiarity in venous disease.
• Background in Interventional Radiology, Vascular Surgery, or Cardiology.
• In-depth understanding of the local healthcare landscape and customer dynamics in Poland.
• Experience in supporting or managing product launches is highly advantageous.
• Commercially oriented mindset with the ability to convert market insights into practical strategies.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities, with the capability to engage credibly with clinical stakeholders.
• Proactive, hands-on, and methodical work style with a strong sense of ownership.
• A collaborative team player with a strong motivation to foster sales success.
• Fluent in Polish (native level) and English.
• Willingness to travel 50% - 60% within the designated territory.
