This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Design an enjoyable and engaging experience for students eager to compete in a virtual setting.

• Manage and implement daily operations of clubs effectively.

• Supervise practices aimed at enhancing students' skills in eGaming and technology-driven clubs, such as Minecraft, PC gaming platforms, and other virtual activities.

• Assist students with their PC configurations, current gaming tactics, and team-building exercises.

• Document daily activities for school administration, including attendance and participation statistics.

• Ensure compliance with institutional and Esport organizational policies and procedures.

• Develop and distribute communication materials within the school and across social media channels.

• Support the expansion and management of career-focused clubs in collaboration with content teachers.

• Monitor appropriate online interactions among students on social platforms.

• Aid students in aligning club interests with their transition, resume, and college application plans.

• Represent the school by promoting opportunities to students and enhancing social engagement and club participation.

• Potentially lead other non-technical competitions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of three (3) years of successful experience with eGaming platforms or an equivalent mix of education and experience.

• Shared commitment to the mission of the virtual academy.

• Comprehensive knowledge of content and subject matter.

• Capability to support and mentor both adults and students.

• Familiarity with databases used in K12 education.

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and Visio.

• Competence in web navigation.

• Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.

• Ability to pass the required background check.

• Must be available to work during Eastern Standard Time hours.

• Residency in Indiana is strongly preferred; candidates from the Eastern Time Zone may also be considered.
