This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Execute testing and validation tasks within set timelines to facilitate client go-live schedules.
β’ Evaluate table configurations, standard operating procedures, and software solution questionnaires to establish validation strategies and adjust scripts for execution.
β’ Detect and document issues or errors encountered during testing that differ from the client-supplied materials, and communicate findings to senior team members or management for assessment and resolution.
β’ Collaborate closely with the project team to provide updates on testing status, address concerns, and promptly resolve issues with the designated owner.
β’ Maintain a strong understanding of at least one solution platform and show the capability to learn additional platforms across the business unit.
β’ Draft written communications to the client regarding validation status updates, review them with senior team members or management, and deliver them to relevant stakeholders.
β’ Carry out other job responsibilities as assigned.
β’ Bachelorβs Degree or equivalent professional experience.
β’ A minimum of 2-4 years of relevant work experience.
β’ Experience with the WellSky Transfusion solution.
β’ Current ASCP (American Society for Clinical Pathology) certification.
β’ Background in software validation, testing, or quality assurance within a regulated healthcare environment (preferred).
β’ Experience with WellSky Blood Centers and/or WellSky Biotherapies solutions (preferred).
