Vaccines Specialist, Health and Science Professional

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Drive sales within the designated territory to achieve established business goals.

• Interact with customers in both face-to-face and virtual settings.

• Create and execute effective business and territory call plans, identifying and applying live/virtual engagement strategies to enhance overall effectiveness and impact.

• Build strong rapport and relationships with customers in various environments, utilizing judgment to maintain engagement through the effective use of existing and evolving digital tools.

• Understand and utilize internal reports and analytics to identify, develop, and implement strategic business opportunities.

• Compliantly utilize product and disease state knowledge, leveraging approved clinically oriented information and patient resources when applicable.

• Exhibit market awareness by uncovering barriers and drivers across all pertinent business channels (Public Health, Private Market, Retail, etc.).

• Collaborate effectively and in compliance with cross-functional colleagues, including Field Medical and Account Management, to respond to customer inquiries and further Pfizer's objectives.

• Timely and compliantly complete all administrative tasks, such as accurately entering customer calls, submitting expenses, and addressing requests from sales leadership, managers, and/or Pfizer internal partners.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree.

• At least 2 years of experience in one or more of the following areas, or an associate’s degree with 6+ years of experience; or a high school diploma (or equivalent) with 8+ years of relevant experience.

• Experience in Professional Sales or Promotional Activity.

• Background as a Small Business Owner or other entrepreneurial experience, including Marketing, Customer Service, and/or Account Management.

• Relevant experience in Healthcare/Scientific roles (e.g., RN, Pharmacist, PT, OT, etc.).

• Experience as an Educator (e.g., Teacher, Principal).

• Full-time Military experience.

• Must reside within 25 miles of the territory's border.

• Valid US driver’s license and a driving record that complies with company standards.
