This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut.
• Drive sales within the designated territory to achieve established business goals.
• Interact with customers both in person and virtually.
• Create and execute business and territory call plans along with live/virtual engagement strategies.
• Foster rapport and build relationships with customers in both live and virtual settings.
• Utilize digital tools and platforms for effective customer engagement.
• Leverage internal reports and analytics to pinpoint and capitalize on strategic business opportunities.
• Compliantly use approved clinically focused disease-state information and patient resources.
• Assess market barriers and drivers across Public Health, Private Market, Retail, and other pertinent channels.
• Collaborate with Field Medical, Account Management, and other cross-functional teams.
• Accurately complete customer call entries, manage expenses, and fulfill other administrative tasks in a timely manner.
• Bachelor’s Degree; alternatively, an associate’s degree combined with 6+ years of experience or a high school diploma (or equivalent) with 8+ years of relevant experience.
• A minimum of 2 years in professional sales/promotional activities, entrepreneurship, marketing, customer service/account management, relevant healthcare/scientific roles, education, or full-time military service.
• Must reside within 25 miles of the territory's border.
• Possess a valid U.S. driver’s license and maintain a driving record that meets company standards.
• Any DUI/DWI or impaired driving citation within the last 7 years will disqualify candidates from employment.
• Preferred: At least 1 year of experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, medical sales, and/or medical-related marketing.
• Preferred: Strong history of success in sales or marketing.
• Preferred: Skills in territory management.
• Preferred: Experience with vaccines therapeutic area and products.
• Preferred: Familiarity with territory customers and markets.
• Permanent work authorization in the United States is required.
• Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S. by any employer.
• U.S. work visa sponsorship is not available now or in the future.
