Vaccines Specialist, Health and Science

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Propel sales within your designated territory to achieve established business goals.

• Interact with customers through both in-person meetings and virtual platforms.

• Formulate and execute effective business and territory call strategies; adeptly identify and implement engagement tactics, both live and virtual, to enhance overall effectiveness and impact.

• Successfully establish rapport and build relationships with customers in various settings; exercise judgment to maintain customer engagement by skillfully utilizing current and evolving digital tools for effective interaction.

• Comprehend and utilize internal reports and analytics to help pinpoint, develop, and implement strategic business opportunities.

• Appropriately use product and disease state knowledge, relying on approved clinically-focused disease state information and patient resources when necessary.

• Exhibit thorough market knowledge by identifying barriers and drivers across all pertinent business channels (Public Health, Private Market, Retail, etc.).

• Collaborate effectively and in compliance with cross-functional colleagues, including Field Medical and Account Management, to respond to customer inquiries and further Pfizer's objectives.

• Timely and compliantly fulfill all administrative duties (e.g., accurately logging customer calls, submitting expenses, and responding to requests from sales leadership, managers, and/or Pfizer internal partners).

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in one or more of the following, or an associate’s degree with 6+ years of experience; or a high school diploma (or equivalent) with 8+ years of relevant experience: Professional Sales or Promotional Activity, Small Business Owner or other Entrepreneurial experience, Marketing, Customer Service and/or Account Management, Relevant Healthcare/Scientific roles (e.g., RN, Pharmacist, PT, OT, etc.), Educator (e.g., Teacher, Principal), or Full-time Military experience.

• Must reside within 25 miles of the territory's border.

• A valid US driver’s license and a driving record that complies with company standards. Any DUI/DWI or other impaired driving citation within the last 7 years will disqualify you from consideration.
