This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Oversee operational and commercial excellence projects throughout the U.S. Vaccines Field Organization.
• Assist the VP of Vaccines Sales in recognizing, prioritizing, and pushing forward operational and commercial excellence objectives.
• Organize communications and significant leadership events, such as performance evaluations, Senior Leadership Business Reviews, Operating Plan presentations, and engagement initiatives for leadership.
• Provide strategic insights and coordination to bolster customer-facing teams and expedite decision-making processes.
• Manage information flow and convert field insights into enhanced collaboration and execution of localized strategic opportunities.
• Identify and lead strategic and analytical initiatives, encompassing Portfolio Optimization and Competitive Readiness projects.
• Promote integration and alignment between customer-facing efforts and internal commercial strategies.
• Oversee and track strategic initiatives for prioritization, resource allocation, and support at both national and regional levels.
• Act as the primary point of contact for North American Vaccines Commercial Effectiveness, CEP Operations, and US Vaccines Strategy & Operational Enablement leaders.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Finance, CMO, and other support teams.
• Lead a team consisting of three Business Operations Senior Managers and one Director of Field Sales Operations/Enablement Secondment.
• Report directly to the VP of Vaccines Sales and be a member of the Sales and Accounts Leadership Team.
• Bachelor’s degree is required; MBA is preferred.
• 10+ years of experience or a comparable combination of business, consulting, and leadership roles, including Marketing, Innovation, Sales, and Strategy.
• Proven problem-solving, project management, and program management capabilities.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with and influence senior management.
• Capacity to cooperate in a multinational, cross-functional environment.
• Aptitude for synthesizing complex data into strategic, customer-facing materials and discussions.
• Skill in working with multi-level staff and integrating resources in a timely and organized fashion.
• Demonstrated capacity to plan, manage, and execute multiple, diverse, and high-priority projects.
• Experience in the vaccines sector is highly preferred.
• Permanent work authorization in the United States is required.
• Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S. by any employer; U.S. work visa sponsorship is not available currently or in the future.
• Global Performance Plan bonus target of 22.5% of base salary.
