This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as the subject matter expert in CRM governance, ensuring data integrity while identifying trends, risks, and opportunities that require leadership's focus.
• Assess the quality of the sales pipeline, forecast accuracy, and account planning processes.
• Suggest enhancements that improve sales effectiveness and operational performance.
• Create, oversee, and continually refine CRM standards, governance, and reporting practices across global sales teams.
• Examine sales execution metrics and propose operational improvements that bolster forecasting, pipeline management, and revenue clarity.
• Oversee operational governance for strategic partner initiatives.
• Analyze the effectiveness of partner engagement and performance trends.
• Propose actions that enhance partner relationships.
• Influence stakeholders across global teams to promote the adoption of standardized business processes and best practices.
• Utilize independent judgment in assessing business data, operational priorities, and partner performance.
• Provide recommendations concerning sales processes, CRM governance, reporting methodologies, and business operations.
• Independently prioritize tasks while managing competing business demands with minimal oversight.
• Achieve improved forecast accuracy and ensure CRM data integrity.
• Enhance pipeline visibility and governance, partner performance and ROI, operational efficiency, stakeholder satisfaction, and adherence to business processes.
• 5+ years of experience in Global Sales Operations.
• Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in business, Sales Operations, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency in CRM governance and data integrity.
• Experience in assessing pipeline quality, forecast accuracy, and account planning processes.
• Capability to analyze sales execution metrics and business data.
• Ability to recommend and implement improvements in sales processes, reporting, and operations.
• Skill in managing governance for strategic partner programs and evaluating partner performance and ROI.
• Ability to influence stakeholders across global teams.
• Capacity to exercise independent judgment and prioritize tasks with minimal supervision.
