• Engage with clients to grasp their vacation preferences and financial considerations

• Investigate and propose vacation packages

• Develop tailored itineraries

• Manage reservations in collaboration with industry providers

• Keep client records updated and ensure follow-up throughout the booking journey

• Remain updated on destination insights, special offers, and supplier training

• Foster enduring client relationships through exceptional service
