• Engage with clients to comprehend their vacation preferences and budgetary constraints

• Investigate and suggest suitable vacation packages

• Develop customized itineraries

• Manage reservations with industry partners

• Keep client records up-to-date and provide follow-up during the booking process

• Remain updated on destination changes, promotional offers, and supplier training

• Foster enduring client relationships through exceptional service
