📋 Description

• Upload and manage products on Shopify.

• Revise pricing, collections, and product details.

• Assist with updates to the website and landing pages.

• Oversee online sporting club portals.

• Help organize online product categories and navigation.

• Support online promotions and marketing campaigns.

• Monitor and refresh ecommerce content.

• Aid in SEO and crafting product descriptions.

• Create and schedule content for social media.

• Assist with Canva graphics and promotional materials.

• Support email marketing initiatives.

• Help coordinate marketing calendars and campaigns.

• Assist with video reels, content creation, and basic editing.

• Maintain brand consistency across all platforms.

• Support promotional campaigns and seasonal sales efforts.

• Assist in content planning and execution.

• Help with POS and product database management.

• Maintain spreadsheets and reporting systems.

• Support workflow organization and process enhancements.

• Assist with inventory and product oversight.

• Help organize files and manage cloud storage systems.

• Support automation and system integration initiatives.

• Create and uphold SOPs and process documentation.

• Assist management with operational projects.

• Aid in customer follow-ups and communication.

• Handle emails and basic administrative tasks.

• Experience with Australian businesses.

• Knowledge of POS or inventory management systems.

• Experience in social media marketing.

• Graphic design skills.

• Basic video editing capabilities.

• Proficiency in Google Sheets / Excel.

• Experience with automation tools (e.g., Zapier, Make, etc.).

• Background in apparel, retail, ecommerce, or print industries.

• Understanding of garment decoration processes such as embroidery, DTF, sublimation, or screen printing.
