VA Leadership SME, Medical Health Services Manager – Team Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.

📋 Description

• Act as the Team Lead for the WV-QIP Phase II initiative.

• Spearhead the creation, evaluation, and application of quality improvement frameworks.

• Organize and facilitate stakeholder engagement efforts.

• Supervise the evaluation of performance data from VA Medical Centers.

• Guide and provide technical support to team members involved in the project.

• Track project advancement in relation to set timelines and performance indicators.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of progressively responsible experience in healthcare administration and executive leadership within the VA healthcare system.

• A Bachelor's Degree is mandatory; an advanced degree in Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Business Administration, or a related discipline is highly preferred.

• Direct, hands-on experience within the Department of Veterans Affairs healthcare system.

• Capability to acquire and maintain access credentials for VA facilities.

• Must possess authorization to work in the United States; this role does not provide visa sponsorship.

• Proven experience in leading multidisciplinary teams in a federal contracting or government program setting.
