This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +12 more states.

📋 Description

• Make outbound calls to veterans or their dependents.

• Confirm details regarding eligibility for disability compensation.

• Utilize the VA’s Schedule for Rating Disabilities to assess disability percentage.

• Draft recommendations after reviewing the information.

• Carry out additional related tasks as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least a high school diploma or G.E.D.

• 1-2 years of relevant work experience with increasing responsibilities.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong analytical and interpersonal abilities.

• Demonstrated capability to thrive in a fast-paced and occasionally high-pressure environment.
