UX/UI WebFlow Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Convert the strategic vision of Covalto into exceptional, functional, and high-conversion digital experiences.

• Design modern, visually striking interfaces that align with Covalto's brand guidelines.

• Develop navigation flows, information architectures, and wireframes focused on conversion and user behavior.

• Create interactive prototypes to validate ideas and collaborate effectively with stakeholders prior to production.

• Accurately translate designs from Figma to Webflow, adhering to pixel-perfect standards, development best practices, responsive design, and SEO structures.

• Develop micro-interactions and animations that enhance the brand experience and guide users toward CTAs.

• Set up and manage the Webflow CMS to scale blogs, resources, and help centers targeted at SMEs.

• Conduct A/B testing and continuous improvements to increase conversion rates for landing pages and campaigns.

• Ensure fast load times and adherence to on-page SEO best practices.

• Collaborate with Growth, Product, and Marketing teams to iterate digital assets at lightning speed.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Digital Design, Communication, Web Design, UX/UI, Multimedia, or related fields.

• 3 to 5 years of experience in UX/UI design with a strong portfolio of functional and deployed sites.

• Advanced experience in Figma (components, variants, and auto-layout).

• Advanced experience in Webflow (site development, interactions, and CMS).

• Solid knowledge of HTML/CSS.

• Proficiency in analytics tools such as Hotjar, Google Analytics, or Mixpanel.

• Previous experience in Fintech or SaaS.

• Experience integrating Webflow with automation tools (Zapier, Make) or CRM systems (Salesforce/HubSpot).
