
UX/UI Lead – B2B Product Experience

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.
• Develop a comprehensive understanding of our users, including their goals, constraints, and decision-making processes.
• Identify product challenges and question assumptions prior to suggesting interface solutions.
• Assist in defining product requirements, workflows, and prioritization.
• Apply behavioral and cognitive principles to intricate enterprise workflows.
• Establish and uphold the UX/UI strategy for a sophisticated B2B SaaS platform.
• Design workflows tailored for risk, compliance, and data-intelligence applications.
• Transform complex product requirements into clear and user-friendly interfaces.
• Produce detailed designs that can be effectively implemented by engineering teams.
• Collaborate with engineers to address technical limitations and ensure design quality during implementation.
• Create and sustain a scalable design system.
• Design for diverse markets, including Europe, the United States, and Latin America.
• Develop multi-user workflows, permission models, administrative tools, dashboards, and onboarding processes.
• Simplify complex data and processes for non-technical users.
• Support product marketing initiatives through onboarding, feature launches, in-product messaging, and sales enablement materials.
• Collaborate closely with the CEO, Head of AI, product and engineering teams, and regional sales teams.
• Conduct user research with enterprise clients, including compliance teams, risk teams, administrators, and senior decision-makers.
• Test product hypotheses and validate designs both pre- and post-implementation.
• Review completed work and enhance the product based on user feedback, observed behaviors, and product data.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in UX/UI or product design.
• Multiple years of experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise software environments.
• Strong product judgment and a proven track record of making effective product decisions.
• In-depth understanding of user psychology, behavior, and decision-making processes.
• Capability to define problems, challenge assumptions, and reason from first principles.
• A portfolio that highlights your contributions to product decisions, not just final interface designs.
• A portfolio showcasing work from research and early concepts through to delivered products.
• Experience in designing complex workflows and data-intensive interfaces.
• Experience with products involving multiple users or stakeholders.
• Experience in creating or maintaining a design system.
• Experience working directly with software engineers.
• Ability to grasp technical constraints and produce designs that are ready for implementation.
• Evidence demonstrating that your work has improved conversion, adoption, retention, usability, or sales outcomes.
• A working knowledge of product positioning, messaging, and feature launches.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience working remotely and across various time zones.
