UX/UI Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with UX/UI leadership to develop user flows, wireframes, and prototypes.

• Ensure alignment of new products with the existing design system.

• Work in tandem with developers to guarantee accurate implementation of designs.

• Assist in the creation and upkeep of the design system and guidelines.

• Summarize findings from user research and integrate data into current designs and new product initiatives.

• Refine designs based on user feedback and input from stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in design or computer science.

• 3-5 years of experience in UX/UI design or a related field.

• Proficient in Figma.

• Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator and Photoshop.

• Experience with Sketch and Zeplin is advantageous.

• Basic understanding of HTML and CSS.

• Strong foundation in WCAG standards.

• Ability to provide examples of wireframes, user flows, or prototypes.

• Excellent communication skills and the capability to work effectively within a team.
