UX/UI Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Convert business goals and user requirements into wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs;

• Perform user research (interviews, usability testing, surveys) with team assistance;

• Evaluate qualitative and quantitative data to produce actionable insights;

• Work collaboratively with product managers and developers to ensure feasibility and alignment with business goals;

• Refine design solutions based on user feedback, analytics, and input from stakeholders;

• Create and sustain design systems and style guides in partnership with the team;

• Promote best practices for accessibility and inclusive design;

• Clearly communicate design rationale and lead design reviews;

• Keep informed about UX trends, tools, and best practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• Prior experience in UX design or related fields;

• Experience in conducting or assisting with user research and usability testing;

• Proficient in creating wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and final designs;

• Capability to engage with clients and meet their needs;

• Outstanding communication and organizational abilities;
