UX/UI Designer – Middle

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland, +2 more countries.

📋 Description

• Create visually appealing and user-friendly corporate websites from the ground up, ensuring an effective balance between functionality, aesthetics, and business objectives.

• Revamp and refresh existing corporate websites.

• Develop high-converting landing pages designed to meet specific marketing objectives.

• Craft engaging and functional email templates, ensuring they are compatible across various email clients and devices.

• Produce wireframes, interactive prototypes, and mockups to illustrate website structures and user journeys using Figma.

• Perform usability testing and user research to gain insights into audience behavior, collect feedback, and enhance designs for improved engagement.

• Guarantee that all designs are fully responsive and optimized for various screen sizes and devices, maintaining consistent quality and user experience.

• Collaborate closely with developers and marketers to ensure the flawless implementation of designs that align with the company’s objectives and brand identity.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in a similar role, ideally within a marketing context.

• Demonstrated expertise in UX/UI and web design for websites, landing pages, and a portfolio showcasing relevant UX/UI design work.

• Skilled in design tools such as Figma.

• Experience in responsive and adaptive design methodologies.

• Capability to create interactive prototypes and animations.

• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

• Experience utilizing AI in design processes.

• Proficiency in English at an intermediate level or higher.

• Proficiency in Russian at a near-native level.
