UX/UI Designer, German

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania.

📋 Description

• Create user-focused design solutions

• Ensure that designs adhere to accessibility and usability standards within a banking environment

• Conduct user research and discovery sessions

• Develop wireframes to visualize concepts

• Refine products by integrating feedback and insights

• Understand and align with client objectives

• Collaborate closely with Product Owners

• Work alongside development teams

• Suggest new design patterns and carry out quality checks

• Summarize findings and document workshop outcomes

• Provide mentorship and support to fellow designers

• Contribute to the expanding Product Design community

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in a UX/UI design position

• Proficiency in user research, interaction design, prototyping tools, and design methodologies

• Extensive knowledge of usability, accessibility standards, and human-centered design principles, coupled with a consultancy approach to align design solutions with business objectives

• Strong facilitation skills for workshops and stakeholder interactions

• Proven ability to manage multiple projects, negotiate, and prioritize effectively in diverse environments

• Experience working with various methodologies and levels of project complexity

• Excellent analytical judgment, critical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills

• Advanced proficiency in both German and English (written and spoken)
