UX/UI Designer, Finnish, Norwegian

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Become a member of the Digital Design Team and collaborate with fellow Designers to bring new products and features to market.

• Ensure consistent and intuitive user experiences for clients' products across diverse sectors.

• Utilize a user-focused approach to develop easy-to-navigate, high-performing digital products.

• Play a key role in creating intuitive and visually striking digital products.

• Collaborate closely with senior designers, development teams, and stakeholders to convert user requirements into cohesive and functional visual experiences.

• Design user flows, accessible interfaces, and interactive prototypes.

• Build, customize, and maintain design systems.

• Validate design solutions through user research, usability testing, and workshops.

• Create clear design specifications and guidelines for developers and AI agents.

• Present design rationale and work in partnership with developers to ensure quality throughout the implementation process.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated commercial UX/UI experience, backed by a portfolio.

• Advanced proficiency in Figma.

• Strong hands-on experience in developing and adapting design systems for various products.

• Thorough understanding of interaction design, visual hierarchy, responsive design, accessibility, and UX research methodologies.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills when working with international teams and clients.

• Capability to work autonomously, prioritize effectively, and take ownership of design quality and delivery.

• Experience with AI-assisted prototyping or workflows that integrate design systems with AI agents.

• Familiarity with HTML/CSS and frontend component libraries.

• Experience in auditing and scaling design systems, including documentation, governance, and adoption.

• Proficiency in Finnish or Norwegian as specified by the role title.
