UX/UI Designer – Delivery Projects

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Switzerland.

📋 Description

• Develop product interfaces by suggesting solutions for assigned tasks while actively identifying and proposing enhancements beyond the initial scope.

• Build new and maintain existing design systems and UI kits, ensuring uniformity and scalability across various products.

• Collaborate closely with developers to guarantee accurate translation of designs into production.

• Adhere to established AI integration protocols within the design workflow and propose enhancements to further evolve these processes.

• Lead workshops with stakeholders, presenting and justifying design choices and concepts with clear, well-founded arguments.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of professional UI/UX design experience, with a portfolio showcasing comprehensive end-to-end projects;

• Expertise in maintaining and advancing design systems, including a thorough understanding of variables and tokens;

• Strong understanding of web and mobile design principles, platform conventions, and responsive design;

• Experience in planning and conducting client workshops, ideation sessions, and brainstorming activities;

• Proficient in user research and usability testing, with the ability to convert findings into design decisions;

• Regular use of AI tools (such as Claude, ChatGPT, Figma Make, etc.) as part of the design workflow;

• Capability to clearly communicate and defend design decisions to stakeholders, developers, and clients.
