UX/UI Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Create landing pages, promotional content, and microsites to support marketing and product strategies.

• Tailor design solutions to cater to various audiences, user segments, and markets.

• Evaluate user behavior, pinpoint drop-off areas in funnels, and suggest enhancements to boost conversion rates.

• Conduct competitor analysis and investigate best practices in web and product design.

• Maintain and enhance the UI Kit to guarantee consistency across design solutions.

• Provide well-organized, developer-friendly design files and prototypes.

• Engage in Junior to Middle level product design assignments, focusing on UI enhancements, minor features, and user experience improvements.

• Collaborate effectively with Product, Marketing, and Engineering teams to meet business and product objectives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 2 years of UX/UI Design experience with landing pages, websites, email templates, or web products.

• Practical experience with contemporary AI tools aimed at enhancing productivity, visual creation, and optimizing design workflows.

• Advanced skills in Figma, including components, Auto Layout, prototyping, and design systems.

• Comprehensive understanding of UX principles, including user flows, wireframing, and fundamental user research techniques.

• Familiarity with UI principles and experience in working with scalable design systems.

• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS along with an awareness of the technical limitations in web development.

• Experience in creating and modifying visual assets, such as icons, illustrations, and images.

• Upper-Intermediate (B2) English proficiency for effective communication and teamwork.
