UX/UI Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Design UX/UI experiences for Web and Mobile applications.

• Create User Flows, Customer Journeys, Wireframes, and Prototypes.

• Develop high-fidelity interfaces and responsive experiences.

• Create and evolve Design Systems and reusable components.

• Utilize Figma and prototyping and collaboration tools.

• Apply principles of UX Research, Usability, and User-Centered Design.

• Incorporate Accessibility criteria and WCAG standards.

• Collaborate with Frontend and Mobile teams during implementation.

• Conduct Design QA to ensure that the implemented product maintains the defined experience and quality.

• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and collaborate with Product Management.

• Translate business needs into simple and effective digital solutions.

• Design products implemented with Frontend technologies such as React, Angular, Vue.js, Next.js, Tailwind CSS, and Material UI, as well as Mobile technologies like Swift, SwiftUI, UIKit, Kotlin, Jetpack Compose, Kotlin Multiplatform, Flutter, Ionic, and React Native.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3 to 4 years of experience in UX/UI, Product Design, or similar roles.

• Proven experience in designing digital products for Web and/or Mobile.

• Proficiency in Figma.

• Experience with interactive prototypes and component design.

• Familiarity with Design Systems.

• Knowledge of Responsive Design.

• Understanding of UX Research and Usability Testing.

• Awareness of accessibility and WCAG principles.

• Experience working with Agile/Scrum teams.

• Ability to work directly with development teams.
