Senior Product Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the complete design process, from discovery and user research to wireframing, prototyping, and final UI delivery.

• Create interactive, code-driven prototypes using React, TypeScript, JavaScript, and AI-enhanced tools.

• Convert complex enterprise workflows and user requirements into clear, intuitive, and visually appealing product experiences.

• Work collaboratively with product managers and engineers to ensure that designs are practical, consistent, and in alignment with business objectives.

• Conduct user interviews, usability testing, and competitive analysis.

• Manage and enhance Neptune's design system continuously.

• Present and articulate design concepts to stakeholders and iteratively incorporate their feedback.

• Advocate for the end-user throughout the entire product development lifecycle.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in product design or UI/UX design, preferably within a B2B or enterprise software context.

• A strong portfolio showcasing comprehensive product design work for web or desktop applications.

• Significant hands-on experience with AI-assisted workflows, including self-configured tools such as Claude, Cursor, Figma AI, or MCP servers.

• A solid understanding of UX principles, interaction design patterns, and accessibility standards.

• Proficiency in front-end development utilizing HTML, CSS, TypeScript/JavaScript, and React.

• Experience working within agile, cross-functional product teams in collaboration with engineers and product managers.

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly present and justify design decisions.

• Experience in designing for enterprise platforms, low-code/no-code tools, or products aimed at developers is preferred.

• Familiarity with design systems is a plus.

• Advanced proficiency in React component architecture, TypeScript, and contemporary design-system tools is preferred.

• Experience in conducting user research and translating findings into actionable design enhancements is preferred.

• Exposure to the SAP ecosystem or similar enterprise software environments is an advantage.

• A collaborative mindset with a passion for mentoring peers and fostering a design culture is preferred.
