UX/UI Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.

📋 Description

• Designing effective marketing funnels

• Creating user flows for targeted landing pages

• Generating hypotheses and validating them through a substantial number of A/B tests

• Analyzing funnels of direct and indirect competitors

• Assessing user behavior using internal analytics tools

• Collaborating closely with a strong team of designers, developers, and analysts

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in web design

• Proficient in Figma at an advanced level

• Knowledge of composition, typography, and color theory fundamentals

• Business-oriented mindset — design aimed primarily at increasing conversion rather than just aesthetics

• Ability to present information in a structured manner (research results; concept presentations; brainstorming ideas)

• Skill in justifying decisions

• Capability to accept constructive feedback

• Desire for personal growth and progression in seniority
