This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• In the role of a UX/UI Designer, you will oversee the user experience of our online store, constantly evolving and enhancing it.
• You blend design, analytics, and testing to guarantee that our digital interfaces not only appear appealing but also achieve measurable performance improvements.
• Your responsibilities include designing and optimizing essential areas of the shop, such as product pages, checkout processes, and navigation.
• You possess a profound knowledge of A/B testing methodologies and conversion rate optimization techniques.
• You will independently manage smaller-scale projects, including redesigns, tool migrations, and new UX concepts.
• You analyze user interactions using tools like GA4, Hotjar, or Microsoft Clarity.
• UX/UI experience: You have extensive experience in UX/UI design, preferably within an e-commerce setting.
• Design tools: You are skilled in using tools like Figma and can create and document designs in an organized manner.
• Testing & CRO: You are experienced in A/B testing and conversion optimization, equipped to make data-driven decisions.
• Technical understanding: You have a foundational knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, and can implement basic adjustments on your own.
• Analytics tools: You are familiar with tools such as Google Analytics (GA4), Hotjar, or Microsoft Clarity.
• Project work: You are capable of independently structuring and executing smaller projects.
• User empathy: You approach problems from the users' perspective, creating solutions that are both functional and intuitive.
• Communication: You can clearly articulate design decisions and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Initiative & ownership: You adopt a structured, proactive approach and contribute your own ideas.
• Languages: You are fluent in German, with English language skills being an advantage.

• You have the option to work up to 90 days a year from other EU countries.
