UX/UI Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Developing top-notch UX and UI design solutions, encompassing user flows and information architecture to high-fidelity, aesthetically appealing interfaces.

• Charting user flows, establishing information architecture, and creating wireframes, mockups, and fully styled UI components.

• Ensuring that designs align with project specifications and standards while preserving visual and interaction consistency throughout the product.

• Participating in research to assess product performance and discover opportunities for further improvements.

• Reviewing and enhancing existing products, with ongoing optimization through analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Hotjar.

• Engaging in a comprehensive digital process, from research and ideation to visual design and development handoff.

• Bringing ideas to life and motivating others through interactive prototypes, design systems, and UI kits.

• Cultivating and sustaining continuous relationships with clients and vendors.

• Collaborating closely with the Product Manager to ensure design objectives align with project goals.

• Contributing to a large project that involves multiple international and multidisciplinary teams, including researchers, strategists, data analysts, product managers, product owners, and developers, to convert business requirements into captivating design solutions.

• A robust portfolio showcasing commercial projects.

• Comprehensive knowledge of effective design processes and the ability to adapt them to meet user and client needs.

• Familiarity with web and mobile design principles, including responsive and adaptive design methodologies.

• Knowledge of analytics tools like Google Analytics, Hotjar, or comparable platforms.

• Experience in designing for accessibility and inclusive design practices.

• Proficient command of written and spoken English and Polish (minimum B2 level).
