This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Serbia.
• Lead UX initiatives and shape the overall UX strategy.
• Maintain experience design (XD) processes while collaborating closely with product management and engineering to define and implement innovative solutions that align with the product's visual and experiential direction.
• Oversee all phases of visual design, from initial concepts to engineering design reviews.
• Generate original ideas that simplify and enhance user-friendliness in response to complex design challenges.
• Develop wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and process flows to effectively convey design and interaction concepts.
• Present and justify design choices and key milestone deliverables to colleagues and executive stakeholders.
• Engage in user research and assess user feedback to inform design enhancements.
• Contribute to and advocate for design guidelines, best practices, and standards.
• BS/MS in Visual Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Interaction Design, or a related discipline.
• 5+ years of demonstrated UX/UI design experience across various platforms (desktop, mobile, tablet).
• Strong portfolio that exhibits notable UX/UI design capabilities.
• Experience in FinTech and/or mobile environments.
• Exceptional visual design skills with a strong awareness of user-system interaction.
• Skilled in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and process flows.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Sketch, InVision, Axure, or similar design and prototyping tools.
• Knowledge of motion design principles for interactive experiences.
• Solid understanding of Design Thinking methodology and its practical application.
