UX/UI Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with product and research teams to collect user requirements via interviews, surveys, and usability testing.

• Create intuitive information architectures, wireframes, and interaction flows that fulfill user needs and align with business objectives.

• Produce high-fidelity mockups, UI components, and visual assets that adhere to brand and accessibility standards.

• Construct interactive prototypes for user testing and stakeholder evaluations.

• Partner closely with developers to guarantee accurate implementation of design intent.

• Champion inclusive design practices and ensure that interfaces comply with accessibility guidelines (e.g., WCAG).

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Graphic Design, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.

• 2+ years of experience in UX, UI, or product design for web and/or mobile platforms.

• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar applications.

• Familiarity with design systems, component libraries, and handoff tools (e.g., Zeplin, Storybook) is advantageous.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Capability to present design rationale to stakeholders and collaborate effectively with product, engineering, and business teams.
