UX/UI Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Create user interfaces that are both intuitive and visually appealing for mobile and digital products.

• Develop wireframes, user flows, mockups, and prototypes to facilitate product development efforts.

• Design user experiences that adhere to accessibility standards and best practices in usability.

• Maintain consistency across interfaces by utilizing design systems and reusable components.

• Work closely with Product Managers, Developers, and QA Engineers to convert requirements into effective design solutions.

• Engage in design reviews, feedback sessions, and continuous improvement processes.

• Design interfaces that are optimized for large-screen mobile and kiosk experiences when necessary.

• Validate design solutions and assist implementation teams throughout the development lifecycle.

• Help uphold design standards, documentation, and UI consistency across various products.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Interaction Design, UX/UI Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Graphic Design, Service Design, or equivalent professional experience is preferred.

• At least 4 years of experience in designing digital products for web and mobile platforms.

• Advanced skills in Figma, including experience with design systems, reusable components, and collaborative workflows.

• Deep understanding of UX principles, interaction design, visual design, and usability best practices.

• Proven experience in creating wireframes, user flows, mockups, and high-fidelity prototypes.

• Experience in designing responsive and scalable interfaces for various screen sizes and devices.

• Background in designing mobile application experiences.

• Strong knowledge of accessibility standards, particularly WCAG 2.1 Level AA.

• Experience in designing interfaces for large-format displays or kiosk-style experiences is highly desirable.

• Ability to effectively collaborate with Product, Engineering, and QA teams.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Proficiency in English (B2 level or higher).
