UX Writer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Simplifying complex concepts into easily understandable terms

• Collaborating with the team to develop a useful and user-friendly product

• Investigating the effectiveness and clarity of interface texts

• Immersing yourself in the product to understand all its strengths and weaknesses. Together with the PO, analysts, designers, developers, and stakeholders, you will create a commercially successful narrative. You will be concerned about the needs and "pain points" of users and strive to address them.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in the Ukrainian language

• At least 2 years of experience as a UX writer/content designer in a product company

• Ability to work with analytics and usability services

• Basic familiarity with interface design tools (Figma or others)

• Knowledgeable in user research

• Willingness to work within the Scrum methodology

• Eager to learn and apply new knowledge in practice

• Proactive

• Thinks systematically
