This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Take ownership of significant aspects of the Inventory experience from start to finish.
• Create UX patterns for AI assistants for both web and mobile platforms.
• Implement enhancements across the entire Inventory interface.
• Design solutions that reduce task completion time and enhance clarity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams comprising product, engineering, and customer success.
• Contribute to and advance Bento, our design system.
• Rapidly prototype using Figma, code, or any tools that facilitate quick progress.
• Assist in the product's development while ensuring it remains relevant and modern.
• Minimum of 5 years of comprehensive product design experience.
• Demonstrated success in designing B2B, operational, or workflow-centric products.
• Background in SaaS start-ups or scale-ups during phases of rapid expansion.
• Extensive experience in launching a product from 0 to 1, and subsequently scaling it from 1 to 10 in partnership with PMs and engineers.
• Proven ability to take real ownership and drive significant product initiatives.
• Strong focus on achieving measurable results.
• Well-informed customer perspectives and the capability to reason from foundational principles.
• High level of agency: resourceful and proactive in uncertain circumstances.
• Systems thinking: a deep understanding of complex domains.
• Effective collaboration skills across various functions.
• Technical proficiency: Comfortable with HTML, CSS, React, and Tailwind to create dynamic prototypes.
