This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop and implement comprehensive user experiences for Humana’s medical benefits products and services.
• Partner with product, engineering, marketing, analytics, and research teams to uncover opportunities and create innovative solutions.
• Leverage user research, usability testing, analytics, and member insights to guide design decisions.
• Craft user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
• Champion accessibility, inclusivity, and design best practices.
• Deliver design recommendations to stakeholders, integrating feedback and fostering alignment across teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
• Over 5 years of experience in product design, with a portfolio showcasing significant digital product achievements.
• Experience in designing intricate user experiences and comprehensive customer journeys, ideally within healthcare, insurance, or similarly regulated sectors.
• Strong proficiency in user-centered design, interaction design, information architecture, and visual design.
• Familiarity with contemporary design and prototyping tools, such as Figma.
• Comprehensive understanding of user research methodologies.
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, research, and business stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, presentation, storytelling, and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Track record of utilizing design to enhance business and customer outcomes.
