This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Define the long-term vision for user experiences across web, mobile, and AI platforms.
• Employ design thinking methodologies and encourage robust collaboration among business, product, design, analytics, and technology teams.
• Tackle intricate, large-scale challenges and develop experiences that delight our clients while driving business results.
• Lead the UX discipline, fostering cultural and process enhancements.
• Utilize creative and technical problem-solving abilities to shape UX strategies.
• Spearhead UX strategy, principles, and ideal experiences for complex, program-level initiatives.
• Present experience vision, strategy, and recommendations to leadership and senior stakeholders.
• Collaborate with leadership across Product, IT, and Analytics to comprehend core business and user objectives.
• Provide vision and ensure alignment to convert opportunities into outcome-driven solutions.
• Collaborate with UX research for discovery tasks, research synthesis, journey mapping, service design, and opportunity framing.
• Guide teams in prioritizing user needs, accessibility, and long-term value of the experience.
• Assess emerging technologies and industry trends to influence strategy.
• Lead experience and design reviews, offering strategic guidance, actionable feedback, and quality oversight for designers.
• Foster a user-centered design culture, innovation, and procedural enhancements throughout the organization.
• Manage expectations within the team and with clients.
• Leverage qualitative and quantitative data to inform design decisions.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a creative or technical discipline.
• Graduate degree is preferred.
• A minimum of 10 to 15 years of experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• A portfolio showcasing extensive experience in solving complex UX challenges and designing thoughtful, innovative web and mobile solutions for large-scale clients.
• Exceptional collaboration abilities.
• High levels of creativity, empathy, and enthusiasm.
• Excellent communication skills (storytelling, visualization, utilizing qualitative and quantitative data) to rally support for initiatives and inspire execution.
• Capable of providing clarity on the largest and most challenging projects.
• Proficient in Design Thinking, Agile, and Lean methodologies.
• Highly skilled in design and prototyping software (Figma).
• Knowledgeable about AI enablement in UX.
• Comprehensive understanding of web, mobile, and AI UX patterns, best practices, and emerging technologies.
• Familiar with HTML/CSS.
• Outstanding organizational abilities.
• Able to transition between tasks across multiple projects.
• Capable of giving and receiving feedback and interpreting critique to improve project outcomes.
• For remote virtual positions, a stable workspace during business hours and an internet speed of 25 Mbps or higher is required.
