This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.
• Conduct analysis of competitors, adjacent niches, and market UX solutions.
• Explore UX patterns, best practices, and trends in e-commerce and marketplaces.
• Develop hypotheses for new features, enhancements, and product changes.
• Participate in the process from ideation to task assignment in development.
• Carry out user interviews, usability testing, and other qualitative research.
• Work with Customer Journey Maps (CJM), Jobs To Be Done (JTBD), heuristic evaluation, and UX benchmarking.
• Analyze the product using tools like Google Analytics, Amplitude, Hotjar, or similar.
• Structure results into clear artifacts: reports, user flows, CJMs, and recommendations.
• Collaborate closely with product, design, and development teams.
• 1-2 years of experience in UX research or product analytics, or a strong foundation to start in the role.
• Ability to translate research findings into practical product solutions.
• Understanding of hypothesis-driven and data-informed approaches.
• Skills in structuring, logical presentation, and clear communication.
• Interest in e-commerce, marketplace models, and user behavior.
• Experience or genuine desire to work with user interviews and usability testing.
• Passion for digital products and UX patterns.
• Independence, curiosity, and the ability to dig deeper than the obvious.
