UX Researcher – Non-technical

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pakistan.

📋 Description

• Accountable for enhancing the product functionality and associated processes.

• Deliver user perspective experience reports to assist the product team in refining the user experience.

• Support new users in troubleshooting issues during the onboarding stage.

• Advanced expertise in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Project, and Visio.

• Strong work ethic, keen attention to detail, exceptional writing skills, and effective communication abilities.

• Capable of collaborating efficiently across various business units.

• Good awareness of customer service practices.

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin is essential for coordinating with international partners and stakeholders.
