This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands.
• Execute comprehensive UX research for intricate B2B and technical products.
• Organize and spearhead qualitative research with technical users including developers, DevOps engineers, ML engineers, enterprise administrators, and other infrastructure-centric audiences.
• Work in close collaboration with Product Design, Product Management, Engineering, and Analytics teams to shape product strategy and UX decisions.
• Oversee usability testing, user interviews, workflow analysis, and concept validation for complex product processes and technical interfaces.
• Merge qualitative research with web and product analytics to uncover behavioral patterns, validate assumptions, and support data-driven product decisions.
• Utilize analytics platforms like Google Analytics, Amplitude, Mixpanel, or similar tools to examine user behavior and product utilization.
• Facilitate usability enhancements for technically sophisticated interfaces characterized by high information density and advanced configuration workflows.
• Develop scalable UX research processes, frameworks, and best practices across the organization.
• Incorporate modern AI tools into research workflows to enhance synthesis, insight generation, participant analysis, and operational efficiency.
• Clearly present research findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Over 6 years of UX research experience in technical or B2B products.
• Proficient in web and product analytics tools, with the capability to utilize behavioral data to support product decisions.
• Experience in researching intricate technical areas such as cloud platforms, developer tools, infrastructure products, AI/ML systems, or enterprise SaaS.
• Strong qualitative research capabilities, including conducting interviews and usability studies with technical users.
• Experience in integrating qualitative and quantitative research methodologies.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and collaborate cross-functionally across Product, Design, Engineering, and Analytics teams.
• Experience in building or scaling research operations and processes within expanding organizations.
• Familiarity with modern AI tools and their integration into research workflows.
• Experience engaging with technical audiences such as infrastructure engineers, ML practitioners, DevOps engineers, or enterprise administrators.
• Excellent communication, synthesis, and stakeholder management skills.
