This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Consult various sources of quantitative and qualitative data to identify product issues and uncover improvement opportunities.
• Conduct evaluative and generative research using mixed methods.
• Facilitate workshops and maintain ongoing collaboration with the product team.
• Completed degree (Marketing, Advertising, Marketing Management, Business Administration, or related fields).
• Proficiency in SQL (preferred).
• Intermediate/advanced Excel skills.
• Familiarity with heatmap tools.
• Experience with product analytics software.
