This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.
• Oversee the complete research process — take charge of the entire lifecycle of prioritized studies.
• Act as the key decision-maker — translate research findings into prioritized insights.
• Employ appropriate methodologies at the right scale — design and implement mixed-method studies.
• Navigate challenges in B2B research — develop innovative strategies to reach difficult-to-access enterprise users.
• Influence the research strategy alongside product and design — collaborate with PMs, designers, data, and development teams.
• Empower the team for independent tactical research — establish and support processes, templates, and lightweight toolkits.
• Enhance the UX Research function — proactively refine procedures, introduce improved tools, and educate stakeholders.
• Streamline research operations with AI — identify and adopt AI-assisted methodologies.
• Broaden customer insight across the organization — actively communicate and share research findings.
• A minimum of 4 years of UX research experience in a technology organization, preferably within B2B SaaS or another complex sector (FinTech, infrastructure, cybersecurity).
• Proficient in English at C1 level.
• Experience in startup or scaleup settings — you have thrived in dynamic environments with changing priorities, limited resources, and high expectations for autonomous delivery.
• Background as an early researcher — you have contributed to defining how research functions within a company or team.
• Proficient in mixed methods — you are adept in both generative and evaluative approaches.
• Strong skills in synthesis and storytelling — you go beyond observations to distill findings into clear insights.
• Ability to navigate B2B research challenges — you are resourceful when direct user access is restricted.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and multitasking — you can independently manage multiple projects at various stages.
• Collaborative experience in product teams — you have a proven history of closely partnering with PMs, designers, and data teams.
• Advocate for research and education — you can effectively educate non-researchers.
